Dr. Surabhi Liyanage is a dedicated General Adult Psychiatrist with extensive experience in both public and private sectors. She graduated with a Bachelor of Medical Science from the University of Sydney in 2002 and earned her MBBS with Honours in 2006. Further enhancing her academic prowess, she completed a PhD at the University of New South Wales in 2014. In 2022, Dr. Liyanage was awarded Fellowship with the Royal Australian & New Zealand College of Psychiatry (RANZCP).
Clinical Experience
With over 10 years of experience in various medical and surgical fields before specialising in psychiatry, Dr. Liyanage brings a holistic and balanced approach to patient care. She is currently a Staff Specialist Psychiatrist at Westmead Hospital, where she also contributes to teaching junior doctors and medical students at the University of Sydney and supervises RANZCP trainees.
