JAAS Psych Consultants is committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our patients. We are writing to inform you of a recent security incident that may have affected your personal information.
If you have been personally affected by this event, we will notify you directly.
What Happened?
On 3 December 2025, we became aware of unauthorised access to part of our internal systems. We immediately took action to secure our systems, prevent further unauthorised access, and commenced a comprehensive investigation into the incident.
The day-to-day operations of JAAS Psych Consultants have not been impacted.
What Information May Have Been Affected?
Our investigation is ongoing and we are treating this matter with the highest priority. Based on our findings to date, the following types of information stored by JAAS Psych Consultants may have been accessible:

There is currently no evidence that financial information was downloaded, exfiltrated, or misused.
What We Are Doing
We have implemented additional safeguards to prevent future incidents and continue to work diligently to investigate this matter thoroughly.
What You Can Do
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend you:
Be alert to phishing
Be alert to potential phishing emails or scam calls. Treat unexpected requests with caution.
Enable card alerts
If your bank offers SMS/email spend alerts, turn them on.
Update passwords
Change passwords for any accounts that use the same or similar passwords to unique, strong passwords.
